Dr. Jason Mazzarella uses a combination of Motor Vehicle Crash Forensics Risk Analysis, combined with nearly 20 years of experience and 10's of thousands of hours of research to make an injury determination based on over 40 risk factors associated unique to you and your specific collision. Then, Dr. Mazzarella will perform a Virtual Interview with you, in order to obtain clinically relevant information associated with your injury. Lastly, Dr. Mazzarella will review any and all medical records you have provided and formulate a treatment plan to help you deal with your Whiplash Injuries.

How to Get Started!
To get started, sign up below. Once we have received your request, a date and time will be emailed to you with an invoice. Once payment of the invoice is received this will confirm your appointment.
Payment will be through PayPal.
After your appointment is confirmed, you will receive a link to the zoom meeting to log into along with a link to a SecureDocs page. This link can be used to upload any medical information that you would like Dr. Mazzarella to review prior to your consultation. This can include but is not limited to special tests such as x-ray and MRI/CT images, doctors notes, treatment plans, motor vehicle accident reports, pictures of your damaged vehicle and/or any other documents that you believe are relevant to your injury. The more the better.
