Here is how to book an appointment

For all new patients to our clinic, you MUST book the initial examination option so that we will have time to perform a compressive examination and treatment.  ​

For a typical and usual treatment please pick Active Care up to 30 min or 60 min.

For a Specific Program (Neurofunctional or Rehabilitative Ultrasound) select those options. 

For a Tele-Health consultation select this option.  Once you have completed your initial assessment, if you would like to schedule treatments you would also select this option.

Special Clinic Hours:  Between March 23, 2026 to April 6, 2026, we will only have evening clinic hours.  Please email or text us for openings as they will not be listed on the online scheduling system.
