Here is how to book an appointment

For all new patients to our clinic, you MUST book the initial examination option so that we will have time to perform a compressive examination and treatment.  ​

For a typical and usual treatment please pick Active Care up to 30 min or 60 min.

For a Specific Program (Neurofunctional or Rehabilitative Ultrasound) select those options. 

For a Tele-Health consultation select this option.  Once you have completed your initial assessment, if you would like to schedule treatments you would also select this option.

​As of January 1, 2026 we will NO longer do Direct Billing.  Please contact our office if there are any issues, or if you require a special consideration for this.​​
